Engineering Intern 4 for RFIC Design


  The position is to assist the RFIC design team to evaluate various RF/microwave circuit designs, lab characterizations, and analytical analyses for the state-of-the-art 5-7 GHz front-end IC and module for communications systems. 


1. The candidate needs to have sufficient courses and understanding on RF/Microwave circuit.

2. Courses on integrated circuit and semiconductor physics are required.

3. Familarity with network analyzer, RF power measurements, spectrum analyzer, and vector signal analyzers are preferred. 

4. Research work or paper publications on RF/microwave/mm wave/IC design are preferred.

5. Experiences with Cadence, Keysight ADS, and Ansoft HFSS are requried.
