Job Description

  • Lead an enterprise-level QMS system implementation supporting various core processes such as Document Control, Audit Management, CAPA, Customer Incidents, NCMR, FA & Reliability etc.,
  • Oversee identification and implementation of improvement opportunities to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of global quality processes.
  • Work with various internal stakeholders to help develop and maintain QMS documentation and identify needs and opportunities for updates and additions per organizational process changes and/or ISO compliance requirements.
  • Prepare the organization for audits to ensure they understand what to expect and how to improve.
  • Participate in the development and review of proposals and statements of work
  • Establish new and enhanced IT processes to ensure continuous improvement for greater efficiency and improved quality. Ensure a 7x24 hour continuous worldwide business operation by working with 3rd party partners.
  • Work in collaboration with Data Analysts to lead exploration, visualization, and analysis of QMS KPI dashboards for compelling data storytelling that will enable informed executive-level decisions and initiate changes for risk mitigation.
  • Responsible for business requirements gathering and configuration of the IT solutions
  • Effectively communicate ideas, report status, and discuss activities with on-shore/off-shore development teams, project management, and customers.
  • Analyze business requirements presented by team members and business leaders and lend techno-functional expertise to guide optimal solutions that support company objectives in the most effective manner possible.
  • Drive optimal architecture and integration system design to ensure a highly robust environment. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (MS preferred)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience on QMS and deep understanding of core processes such as Doc Control, Audit Management, CAPA, Customer Incidents, FA, etc.
  • Experience with global implementation of enterprise systems and change management
  • Metric driven with strong analytical and cross-group collaboration skills to bring the organization to consensus
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, drive change management and conduct trainings and UAT’s with business users
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
  • Ability to use a wide degree of creativity and latitude to think differently, challenge conventional wisdom, and drive new best practices
  • Ability to work effectively with international teams with sensitivity to cultural diversity
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of Management

Preferred:

  • Salesforce exposure as business analyst
  • PMP certification
  • Power BI experience to develop reports & dashboards
  • Basic SQL knowledge
