Description
You are a seasoned Salesforce Architect with deep expertise and hands-on experience in LWC and Aura, adept at tackling complex challenges within the Salesforce ecosystem. As a Senior Principal, you possess advanced knowledge across Salesforce's technical landscape, including its various cloud platforms, programmatic development, declarative design, and system integrations. You are driven by a passion for solutioning, problem scoping, and leading the execution of hands-on technical implementations.
Responsibilities
Assist business partners with creating requirements, identifying gaps, and formulating business requirements into technical solutions.
Work closely with stakeholders and development team to translate requirements into high-quality, scalable solutions that leverage the full potential of the Salesforce platform.
Work with management, Project Managers, Business Users and development team to scope work and schedule estimates.
Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce implementations, including:
- Developing custom solutions and integrations tailored to business needs
- Offering hands-on, expert-level support to developers in resolving technical challenges
- Designing and overseeing the execution of test plans to ensure high-quality solutions
- Demonstrating technical thought leadership in all aspects of Salesforce architecture
- Applying advanced Apex programming expertise, including core design patterns, bulk processing, trigger management, asynchronous operations, integration patterns, and efficient unit testing
- Utilizing advanced front-end programming skills in LWC, Aura, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Required Experience and Skills
- BS in Computer Science or related field is required.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in implementation and support of Salesforce.com solutions
- Experience in implementing CRM solutions for Semiconductor industry
- Good understanding of Channel Management functions such as Ship and Debit
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience working with SQL queries/procedures is preferred.
- Experience working with analytics solutions such as Power BI is preferred
