Job Description

As a supply chain analyst, you will be responsible for the following:

 

  • Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify trends, issues, opportunities, and risks.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies, plans and policies to support demand and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Demand Management, Operations, Quality, Engineering, IT and Finance to ensure alignment and coordination of supply chain activities.
  • Monitor, improve and report on supply chain performance, KPIs, SLAs and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct supply chain risk assessment and mitigation actions.
  • Support supply chain continuous improvement initiatives and digital supply chain transformation.
  • Utilize supply chain tools and systems such as Kinaxis, SAP, PL/SQL, Python and Power BI to run scenarios, build models, solution shaping, run simulation, perform data analysis and reporting.
  • Stay updated on the latest supply chain trends, technologies, and best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields with CGPA > 3.5 or equivalent

  • Preferably with 1-3 years of experience or more in Supply Chain, planning, Industrial Engineering, Operations in the semiconductor or high-tech industry.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to work across time zones.

  • Experience in using any supply chain software such as Kinaxis / Blue Yonder / o9 / SAP APO / SAP IBP / Adexa is a plus.

  • Proficiency in one or more tools and systems such as PL/SQL, Python, AI/ML/Linear Programming Optimization and Power BI / Tableau / QlikView.
