Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our recruitment team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, employer branding initiatives, campus engagement programs, and talent acquisition operations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, meticulous with details, passionate about building employer brand awareness, and eager to learn how strategic talent acquisition supports business growth.
Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Intern will support recruitment operations, campus engagement, and employer branding initiatives while ensuring high standards of data accuracy and process excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruiters with interview coordination, candidate communication, job postings, resume screening, and sourcing activities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure recruitment documentation is organized, confidential, and up to date.
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports, dashboards, hiring metrics, and recruitment trackers.
- Support campus recruitment activities, career fairs, university partnerships, and student engagement programs.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives by creating content for social media, recruitment campaigns, employee stories, and other branding activities.
- Coordinate logistics for campus events, networking sessions, and recruitment activities while gathering market intelligence on hiring trends and competitor programs.
- Assist with onboarding activities, pre-employment documentation, offer administration, and other Talent Acquisition operational processes.
- Participate in projects involving process improvement, automation, reporting, workforce planning, and candidate experience enhancement.
- Conduct data audits and ensure recruitment information remains accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and governance requirements.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, professionalism, and a passion for talent acquisition and campus branding.
Required Experience and Skills
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Comfortable working with data and administrative processes.
Desired Experience and Skills
- Passion for employer branding, social media engagement, and campus recruitment.
- Experience in student leadership roles, event management, or university clubs.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, or HR systems is advantageous.
- Interest in leveraging technology and AI tools to improve recruitment efficiency.
