Job Description: 

Description

Person responsible for performing measurements on materials and/or ESD-related items across different areas, as well as evaluating electrical properties for decision-making regarding approval or rejection in accordance with ANSI ESD S20.20 and Skyworks internal requirements. The employee must demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and impartiality.
Personnel perform support activities across both company buildings.


Responsibilities

  • Performs, controls, and maintains records of Quarterly ESD Verifications according to the schedule and criteria established in MX-0001.
  • Ensures compliance with established procedures and protocols.Performs ESD testing on different materials and/or equipment to be used or currently used in the production area, and prepares test result reports.
  • Responsible for reporting identified non-conformities to the supervisor and following up until closure.Prepares daily activity reports for the ESD Engineer, including anomalies found in ESD-protected areas.
  • Maintains inventory control of ESD-related items used in the company (including system entries and removals).Performs re-verifications of items due to relocation.
  • Provides support to the ESD Engineer in various ESD-related activities.
  • Conducts verification rounds on production access turnstiles and performs repairs when failures are detected.
  • Reports failures and spare part shortages to the ESD Engineer.
  • Prepares reports and presentations as requested by the ESD Engineer or ESD Manager.

Required Experience and Skills

Technical Skills
Experience in handling electrical measurement equipment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
