Service Desk for Manufacturing System
Major Duties (Summary):
Troubleshooting Manufacturing systems (internal systems), user support, and request handling
Primary Responsibility:
Performs the installation, repair and preventative maintenance of personal computer and related systems. Assists in determining suitable software to meet user requirements. Troubleshoots software and hardware failures and identifies network problems when they relate to personal (desktop or laptop) computers. May assist Network Administrator.

デスクトップまたはノートパソコンに関わるソフトウェアおよびハードウェアの不具合のトラブルシューティングを行い、必要に応じてネットワーク関連の問題を特定する。
また、状況によりネットワーク管理者の業務を補助することがある。

- 24/7/365 shift work to monitor Manufacturing system incidents and perform recovery operations in the event of a failure
- Announce to relevant parties and respond to user inquiries in the event of a failure
- Troubleshooting in accordance with the operation manual
- Initial reception, investigation, recovery, and referral to the responsible engineer in the event of a failure
- Relay improvement requests
- ITIL (Fault Management/Problem Management)
- Request handling (new equipment/product number registration/changes to the MES system, etc.)
- Office work and Fault investigation and recovery work on-site (clean room).

- 事務所での作業および現場（クリーンルーム）での障害調査、復旧作業

IT Skills
5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and application operation and maintenance
