Job Overview
We are seeking a Director of Finance to partner directly with the Global Operations executives. In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible and oversee all aspects of accounting and financial planning for the department, including, but not limited to: strategic plans, budgets, forecast and business updates. This position will also partner with the management team to build KPI reports and establish best practices.
Job Responsibilities
• Spearhead strategic financial planning and procedures, collaborating with corporate and operational leadership to define pertinent operational and financial metrics for achieving operational objectives.
• Formulate financial strategies through annual plan forecasting.
• Collaborate with operations to establish proactive product cost reduction objectives, monitor product life cycles, and attain new product/technology cost reduction goals promptly.
• Construct financial models to bolster innovative business initiatives and action plans.
• Serve as the primary financial and strategic partner to Operations executives, assisting in the execution of the company's global operations long-term strategy
Job Requirements
Skills/Abilities:
• Proficiency in business analysis and Excel modeling, with a preference for familiarity with accounting and financial software such as Oracle EPBCS and SAP planning.
• Preferred understanding of the Semiconductor Industry, utilizing updates and trend analysis to drive organizational progress.
• Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction across all levels of the business.
Experience:
• Minimum fifteen years of finance and accounting experience with progressive responsibilities
• Experience establishing collaborative cross functional relationships in a large global organization
• Semiconductor experience a plus
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or other related area; MBA preferred

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $136,800 - $271,500 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different base pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S. Benefits include access to healthcare benefits (including a premium-free medical plan option), a 401(k) plan and company match, an employee stock purchase plan, paid time off (including vacation, sick/wellness, parental leave), among others.
