As the Director of Supply Chain Center of Excellence, your responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Establish and lead a center of excellence team that will provide expertise in Supply Chain systems and solutions with focus on Kinaxis as the core planning platform.
• Lead the master data management team, ensuring data quality and accuracy across the supply chain network.
• Drive change management and adoption of Kinaxis across Supply Chain planning functions including development and delivery of training and documentation for power users.
• Act as a liaison with Kinaxis ensuring alignment on product roadmap, issue resolution, enhancement requests, license management and maintenance.
• Partner with IT and other stakeholders for solution shaping for implementation of Supply Chain systems and enhancements projects.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies, policies, and procedures that align with Skyworks' business objectives and customer requirements.
• Monitor and measure supply chain performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction.
• Report to the Senior Director of Digital Supply Chain and be based in Irvine, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.  
• Minimum 15 years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or consulting in a semiconductor environment.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in leading and managing teams, projects, and initiatives.
• Proficiency in using SAP ERP and Kinaxis
• Expertise in solutsolutionsimplementation of Kinaxis Rapid Response for supply chain planning, scenario analysis, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and global environment.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $136,800 - $271,500 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different base pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S. Benefits include access to healthcare benefits (including a premium-free medical plan option), a 401(k) plan and company match, an employee stock purchase plan, paid time off (including vacation, sick/wellness, parental leave), among others. Employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan, and certain roles are also eligible for additional awards, including recognition and stock.
