Job Summary

This role is critical in supporting Skyworks’ broad market strategy to accelerate growth, increase share and position our company as a strategic supplier within our channel partners.

It requires a unique blend of analytical skills, customer service orientation and a strong understanding of semiconductor distribution.
 

Responsibilities

Leading distribution operations activities internally and externally
Account set ups, onboarding, EDI, process improvements, training
Operational support for POS & Inventory
Managing distribution policies and procedures
Includes design registration and margin programs, ship & debits, stock rotations
Publishing and organizing training for global reporting dashboards for direct and distribution channels
Supporting sales management with analyses for strategic reviews
Interface with business units on NPI process and stocking packages for channel partners
Working closely with centralized Sales Operations on best practices to continuously drive process improvements
Includes maintaining and developing sales tools like CRM and CPQ
Working across the organization to identify and support opportunities for process automation and optimization
Supporting ecommerce channel process improvement

 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
Minimum 10 years’ experience in the semiconductor or distribution industry
Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface directly with all levels of the organization
Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills 
Self-initiative, self-motivating, and eager to continue learning

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $110,600$210,600 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different base pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S. Benefits include access to healthcare benefits (including a premium-free medical plan option), a 401(k) plan and company match, an employee stock purchase plan, paid time off (including vacation, sick/wellness, parental leave), among others. Employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan, and certain roles are also eligible for additional awards, including recognition and stock.
