Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support various business functions of R&D, SG&A in preparation of the annual budget and periodical forecasts.
Work with functional directors to set up and manage their expenses, headcounts, and capex budget.
Generate periodical expense reports to analyze spending variances, identify potential risks and opportunities, develop forecasts and prepare decks to present operating results.
Develop models and dashboards to track KPIs, measure progress toward target and suggest necessary adjustments to the managements.
Manage and consolidate Capex reports of various Business Units and Entities to forecast asset delivery, cash outflow, capitalization process and depreciation expense.
Involve with Accounting Team to support monthly and quarter-end financial review and close processes.
Conduct Ad-hoc analyses as needed including ROIs, benchmarking, cost allocations and process improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.
5+ years experiences within operations finance and FP&A.
Attention to detail with high standard of accuracy.
Ability to apply analytical tools and present findings using effective communication strategies.
Ability to prepare, analyze and interpret financial and operations reports/analysis.
Strong Excel skills are critical to success; Experience of using Hyperion, SAP is a plus.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $85,900 - $164,600 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different base pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S. Benefits include access to healthcare benefits (including a premium-free medical plan option), a 401(k) plan and company match, an employee stock purchase plan, paid time off (including vacation, sick/wellness, parental leave), among others.
