Description
In this role, you will deliver data-driven, user-friendly solutions to support Global Sales and Distribution Channel business by leveraging innovative system and process design. Your work will increase the efficiency of our business processes and improve the accuracy of our CRM opportunity funnel, as well as revenue and reporting. You'll interact with various organizational groups, working with custom solutions, established software systems, and external data. This will be a fast-paced and exciting position with plenty of exposure to business processes across a high-tech semiconductor company delivering ~$1B per quarter in revenue and operating right in the middle of the growing wireless semiconductor industry.
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize our Salesforce platform for CRM, pricing, pipeline management, case tracking, reporting and dashboards.
- Collect user requirements from Sales, Marketing, our Business Units and Partners that interact on our Salesforce platform and convert these requirements into business specification documents.
- Collaborate with our IT team and Salesforce architects to design, develop, and test solutions to these business requirements.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document solutions and provide training end user training, including developing high-quality training material.
- Support the transition from a home-grown quoting platform to Salesforce for pricing processes. This is a multi-quarter project that is about to be kicked off.
- Support Sales Operations by driving process improvements using best practices. This involves identifying inefficiencies, implementing effective solutions, and continuously monitoring the results to ensure sustained improvements. We aim to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and ultimately boost sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Required Experience and Skills
- Proven experience with the Salesforce CRM platform.
- Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with PowerBI and solid knowledge of Excel and pivot tables.
- Bachelors degree and at least 5 years of experience in Sales Operations.
- Self-initiative, self-motivating, and eager to continue learning
Desired Experience and Skills
- Experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $89,100 - $172,100 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different base pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S. Benefits include access to healthcare benefits (including a premium-free medical plan option), a 401(k) plan and company match, an employee stock purchase plan, paid time off (including vacation, sick/wellness, parental leave), among others.
