Short Description

The Sr. Director, Digital Supply Chain is a senior leadership position within the Supply Chain organization driving Skyworks Digital Supply Chain initiatives and roadmap.  The right candidate will be an expert in rolling out advanced supply chain initiatives and supply chain transformations.   You will be responsible for championing transformation across the organization, removing inefficiencies and streamlining processes to leverage data in decision-making, driving business value, and helping the teams achieve company objectives.  The successful candidate will be passionate about innovation and technology, with a pragmatic focus on executing and delivering solutions to the business.

Sr. Director – Digital Supply Chain

•    Provide overall leadership to those engaged in capacity planning activities and drive continuous improvement 
•    Communicate and coordinate with business units, Engineering, Sourcing and Planning teams and senior management by providing insightful analytics to support business decisions 
•    Actively participate in the senior leadership team to drive the overall operations and technology roadmap
•    Optimize production flows and supply chain network, reducing cycle times and improving yields
•    Good track record in optimizing supply chain networks and capacity models resulting in higher throughput and shorter cycle times
•    Provide hands-on status update to Senior management
•    Serve as the key business partner to provide financial recommendations on cost drivers, capacity utilization, margins and other metrics 
•    Aggregate demand forecasts and create infrastructure delivery roadmaps by region
•    Develop operational metrics and insights to provide guidance to the operations and drive budgeting, business decisions and KPI’s
•    Partner with sourcing to ensure adequate power and space is available globally and define strategies for needed expansion 

Basic Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree

•   Experience in rolling out advanced supply chain initiatives/supply chain transformations
•    Deep knowledge in supply chain concepts and algorithms
•    Building and managing a team to support BUs, Engineering, Sourcing and Planning teams on supply chain solutions
•    Proven track record of using data and insights to drive process improvement
•    Ability to build cross functional relationships with engineering, supply chain, operations and business units
•    BA/MS in Finance, Economics, Engineering or a highly analytical field.   
•    Advanced degree in information systems, data science, technology, or engineering
•    10+ years of related Supply Chain management, systems implementation, supply chain consulting, or equivalent experience driving supply chain transformation 
•    Full implementation experience with at least one of the following technologies:
     - Blue Yonder (Formerly JDA) SCP/ESP/Luminate
      - Kinaxis Rapid Response
      - SAP APO/IBP
•    Extensive experience integrating into core ERP (SAP ECC and MRP)
•    Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation projects
•    Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
•    Excellent communication skills and presentation abilities
•    Strong analytical skills, including the ability to build and validate statistical models

    The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $160,600$318,500 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different base pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S. Benefits include access to healthcare benefits (including a premium-free medical plan option), a 401(k) plan and company match, an employee stock purchase plan, paid time off (including vacation, sick/wellness, parental leave), among others.
