You will leverage your creativity in delivering a wide variety of primarily in-house designed development experiences and programs across the organization. Summary

The Senior Talent Management Consultant is responsible for designing and delivering innovative Learning and Development (L&D), Performance and Career Management, and Organizational Development solutions to drive a Talent Management strategy focused on ensuring a high-engagement and innovative culture, and proactively addressing business needs. The position is also responsible for providing a range of services with a focus on onboarding, leadership and professional development, performance and career management, succession planning, workforce planning, and measurement and assessment.  The position, which resides in the Talent Management COE, reports to the Vice President, Human Resources.

Responsibilities

•    Partner with HR and business leaders to develop and implement impactful programs and initiatives; serve as an internal consultant to support talent needs including gap analysis and/or diagnosis, intervention, design and implementation of approaches to align with and meet business priorities.
•    Lead the design and execution of programs/experiences to build critical capabilities and foster a culture of high-engagement, innovation and continuous improvement
•    Conduct needs analysis, outline operational requirements and translate requirements into tangible talent programs
•    Work cross-functionally to design, coordinate, administer and communicate company-wide L&D solutions
•    Conduct ‘train-the-trainer’ sessions for HR partners on new and existing programs, initiatives and tools to ensure global consistency of talent expectations, skills and development
•    Lead and facilitate employee engagement survey efforts including analyzing and presenting data, collaborating with HR partners and business leaders to create actionable insights for leaders to improve business results, and utilizing survey tools
•    Lead efforts on global performance and career management solutions to ensure best practices are applied, continuous improvement, and relevance to the needs of a fast-paced and competitive business
•    Incorporate change management methods and approaches into applicable initiatives to ensure successful adoption; train HR partners to help facilitate change. 
•    Apply various instructional design methods, mediums and formats, including conceptual knowledge and application of adult learning theory, in producing relevant training materials such as manuals, multi-media visual aids, interactive games, and other educational materials
•    Contribute to the ongoing improvement and development of talent management systems & tools to ensure workflow efficiencies, and a solid talent management infrastructure
•    Identify, modify, and implement metrics to effectively measure, benchmark and monitor the impact of programs, solutions, and initiatives to the business
•    Build and maintain effective working relationships with vendor partners in support of impactful, cost-effective, enterprise-wide talent solutions
•    Remain current with Talent Management practices and developments including technologies, industry trends and innovations
•    Periodic travel to domestic and international sites to deliver solutions and ensure global integration

Required Experience and Skills

•    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Master's degree in Degree in Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources Management or a related field preferred)
•    Minimum of 8 years of related experience (L&D, performance management, and metrics and measurement experience preferred)
•    Confident leader with ability to build rapport, confidence and trust among all employees and levels within the organization; superior customer service skills.
•    Proven ability and knowledge of content development including: needs based curriculum design, program planning, third party supplier sourcing and vendor management, program delivery and evaluation, including measurement of learning impact.
•    Experience developing and delivering L&D solutions through a variety of platforms and formats
•    Experience with planning, creating, implementing and/or managing high-potential and leadership programs for a large organization with measured success
•    Must have excellent presentation and communication skills - both verbal and written - including the ability to facilitate discussions on various leadership-related subject matter
•    Solid ability to drive and manage change, including global integration
•    Demonstrated project management skills including the ability to manage multiple workstreams and work under established deadlines
•    Working experience with talent and learning management systems – SuccessFactors and Cornerstone is a plus; proficient in MS Office suite.
•    Self-motivated, assertive, detail-oriented and dependable individual who takes a highly collaborative team approach to providing on-target solutions
•    Ability to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 25% annually

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $112,500 - $215,900 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different base pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S. Benefits include access to healthcare benefits (including a premium-free medical plan option), a 401(k) plan and company match, an employee stock purchase plan, paid time off (including vacation, sick/wellness, parental leave), among others. Employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan, and certain roles are also eligible for additional awards, including recognition and stock.
