Job Description
In support of Skyworks’ Sustainability commitment to “meet today’s needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own,” we are seeking a highly motivated Sustainability Programs Specialist to coordinate and operate Sustainability / ESG programs and associated reporting for Skyworks' worldwide operations. Key attributes and responsibilities include:
- Strong cross-functional engagement with Legal, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Operations, HR and other teams to identify and drive responsible business practices that comply with Skyworks’ Sustainability commitments and the Responsible Business Alliance’s (RBA) Code of Conduct (Skyworks Materials is a member of the RBA)
- Assist in the development of RBA training materials, internal assessments, and communications to worldwide operations and leadership. Prepare sites for, and participate in, RBA Validated Assessment Program (VAP) audits
- Strong communication skills to drive awareness of Sustainability programs across all levels of the organization
- Support data preparation and implementation / execution of requirements pertaining to the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) requirements
- Management of internal KPI’s associated with CO2e emissions, waste, water, energy, as well as ethics, labor, H&S, and management systems
- Support environmental / sustainability disclosures to platforms including the Skyworks Annual Sustainability Report, CDP, Ecovadis, and S&P.
Qualifications
- BS, preferably in an environmental or sustainability-related field
- 2+ years experience in Sustainability / ESG program operation and/or development and implementation
- Familiarity with the RBA Code of Conduct and supporting Operations Manual and ISO14001
- Experience developing and/or implementing Sustainability and Environmental Management Systems
- Understanding of the Greenhouse Gas Protocol, Science Based Target Initiative, and overall scope 1, 2, and 3 CO2e emissions calculation methodologies
- Familiarity with Federal, State, and International regulations including the SEC’s Climate Disclosure Rule, CA SB253 and SB261, and EU CSRD
- Strong project management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead meetings, teams, and drive results

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $80,400 - $156,600 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different base pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S. Benefits include access to healthcare benefits (including a premium-free medical plan option), a 401(k) plan and company match, an employee stock purchase plan, paid time off (including vacation, sick/wellness, parental leave), among others.
