Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supports various business functions of R&D, SG&A with their annual budget planning and periodical forecasting processes
- Works with functional directors to set up and manage their expenses, headcounts, and capex budgets
- Generates periodical expense reports to analyze spending variances and predict spending trends and its potential risks and opportunities
- Set up models and dashboards to track KPIs, spending reports to measure progress toward target and suggest necessary adjustments to managements
- Manage and consolidate Capex reports of various Business Units and Entities to forecast asset delivery, cash outflow, capitalization process and depreciation expense.
- Involves with Accounting Team to support monthly and quarter-end financial review and close processes
- Conducts Ad-hoc analyses as needed including ROIs, benchmarking, cost allocations, process improvements…. … etc.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred
- 5+ years experiences within operation/corporate finance and FP&A
- Attention to detail with high standard of accuracy
- Ability to apply analytical tools and present findings using effective communication strategies
- Ability to prepare, analyze and interpret financial and operations reports/analysis
- Strong Excel skills are critical to success; Experience of using Hyperion, SAP in past job is a plus
- Clearly defines and utilizes processes in daily work; looks for innovative ways to streamline work processes
