Directs and coordinates multiple operations required for production in clean-room manufacturing environments. Specific areas of responsibility may include, but are not limited to, fabrication, assembly line maintenance, equipment engineering, process engineering and chemical treatment activities. Establishes production schedules based on product requirements and material supply. Manages budgets for equipment expenditures and direct/indirect labor. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
