Description

We are seeking a Financial Analyst – Data & Automation Focus with a strong background in data analysis and process automation, ideally with a degree in Industrial Engineering or Data Engineering and a financial orientation. This role blends financial acumen with technical expertise to drive efficiency, enhance reporting capabilities, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large datasets to uncover financial trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Absorption forecast calculation & analysis
  • Automate financial processes using tools like Excel VBA, Power Query, Python, or R.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and accessibility.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across financial reporting systems.
  • Continuously identify and implement improvements in financial analysis and reporting processes.
  • Responsible of all activities related to prototype as: inventory, audits for different areas, poor quality material corp report, and review & processes analysis for prototype by a finance perspective. 

Required Experience and Skills

  • Degree in Industrial engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field with a financial focus.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis and data management, ideally within FP&A or business intelligence roles in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, Excel (advanced).
  • Experience automating financial processes using Excel VBA, Power Query or Python.
  • Expert in large datasets, automation, and turning financial data into business insights.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial databases (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). (desirable)
