Description

Responsibilities

Responsible for comprehensive CAPEX management, including asset control, depreciation accuracy, and cross-functional coordination to mitigate financial risks. Leads financial projects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Submit and track approved CAPEX additions, equipment arrivals, service dates, and asset transfers.
  • Forecast and monitor depreciation to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Coordinate closely with Purchasing to validate depreciation and manage CAPEX payments.
  • Collaborate with Industrial Engineering and Purchasing to prevent financial impacts.
  • Lead finance-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.
  • Define project scope, plan tasks, allocate resources, and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

Required Experience and Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accountingExperience

Experience

  • Experience in financial analysis, accounting, or financial planning.
  • Proven experience in building financial models and budgets.
  • Involvement in forecasting, variance analysis, and executive reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with financial ERP systems (SAP).
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

Technical Skills:

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
  • English fluency (spoken and written).
  • Data visualization and report automation. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Hyperion (preferred).
  • Power BI knowledge (preferred).
  • Excel Macros (preferred).
