Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: The Sr. System Administrator 2 is responsible for providing technical support for a full range of business technology, including computer systems (hardware and software), network infrastructure, mobile devices, telephone systems, and audio-visual equipment. S/he must be able to independently assess a reported problem or failure using diagnostic methods and tools, determine the likely cause and take appropriate action to resolve the problem in a timely manner. Often collaborating with other resources (both internal and external), the IT System Administrator 2 must understand system interdependencies and avoid unintentional interruption of services during troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Experience:  Minimal   5 years in IT Service Desk Agent.     English:   90%  

  • Global scale Service Desk management Support
  • Manage Incidents and service request tickets, Categories, Priorities, Scalations
  • Strong Documentation skills such as creating Knowledgebase Articles and Root Cause Analysis
  • Use of Ticket systems and ITIL framework experience. 
  • Coordinate technical support agents.
  • Metrics and data analyzing, interpreter, and presentation skills.
  • Work closely with the Support Manager and other Customer Success Management personnel in analyzing, troubleshooting and managing issues.
