Activities:

  • Drive Equipment KPIs (Quality, cost and performance) to the best performance
  • Alternative supplier development
  • Training and certifications to the Maintenance group & operation
  • Support new technology equipment introduction focus to provide the smooth learning curve for all members of the Organization.
  • Support Customer complaint root cause analysis and action plan to eliminate defects
  • Develop maintenance system administration (MTMV, Overhaul, MSA & Preventive Maintenance).
  • Success and making sure everyone achieves the objectives by promoting teamwork with peers and Support areas.
  • Promote new analytics strategies related to I4.0 focus on data driven solution and action at every equipment process
