Description

The Jr. Sales Ops Analyst will work with Skyworks’s Defense & Space (SDS) BU and will help our team in strengthening the sales pipeline, enhancing customer relationships, and driving sales success in Aerospace, Defense, Extreme Industrial, Hi-Rel and Medical market segments for RFICs, RF Diodes, and Optoelectronics products.

 

Note: The candidate must be a US Citizen or US Green Card holder due to the nature of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Support internal sales and business development team
  • Track sales data
  • Sales forecasting and regular follow ups
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports
  • Participate in planning and execution of sales projects

Required Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree with a background in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • A comprehensive understanding of Excel, Word, Power Point & MSTeams
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Well Organized and Multi-Tasker

Desired Experience and Skills

  • Prior experience in a sales or marketing role is a bonus, but not needed
  • SAP, SaleForce, JDA knowledge desirable
  • Agility to work in a demanding environment
  • Critical thinking skills

 

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $76,100$138,900 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different base pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S. Benefits include access to healthcare benefits (including a premium-free medical plan option), a 401(k) plan and company match, an employee stock purchase plan, paid time off (including vacation, sick/wellness, parental leave), among others.
