Job Description
As a Materials Support Specialist, you will perform the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfillment of merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Lifts heavy items and may operate a forklift. Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped.
Responsibilities
- Examines inventory stocks and distributes stockroom materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines.
- Prepare all evap PM kits, Sputter tool PMs by coordinating with the EES techs during PM activities
- Prepare all misc. reclaim streams (Tape lift-off, wet lift-off, lift-off filters) for shipment
- Track all deliveries to/from Skyworks and at reclaim vendors
- Maintain KANBAN part inventory levels and stock room supply to support EES techs
- Disposition and process rejected parts requiring repair services
- Monitor PM kit parts for minimum inventory stocking level within the warehouse stockroom.
- Performs the physical and administrative tasks involved with shipping, receiving, warehouse stock room storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment with great accuracy.
- Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items.
- Lifts heavy items, transfers materials with golf cart to multiple sites and may operate a forklift.
- Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped.
- Posts weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipment.
- May prepare kitting packages for assembly production.
- Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practices for continuous improvement.
- Requires instructions only with new assignments.
- Adheres to company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
Experience and Skills
- High school diploma, or equivalent, with at least one year of related experience.
- Effective communication, include speaking, writing, active listening and taking instructions
- Ability to understand directions and adhere to established procedures
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, drive a golf cart and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer knowledge and skills including MS Office Suite
- Dependable team player
Preferred Experience and Skills
Experience with shipping software and SAP preferred.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $16.63 - $26.92 per hour. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
