Backend Defect Engineer (Sr. Process Engineer)

Responsibilities

【業務内容】
・Establish the automated optical defect inspection(AOI) technology for each defect modes.
・Develop the inspection recipes on the existing AOI.
・Analysis defect images/data, rootcause investigation, and the leading for improvement activities.
・Establish the statistical anomaly detection system using SPC, etc.
・各種欠陥モードに対応した自動光学欠陥検査（AOI）技術の確立
・既存AOI装置での検査レシピの開発、欠陥画像やデータの解析
・根本原因の調査、改善活動の主導を行っていただきます。
・SPCなどを活用した統計的な異常検知システムの構築など

Requirements

【必須（MUST）】
・Experience in manufacturing process technology or inspection technology in the semiconductor or electronic device industry (3 years or more).
・Ability to take on challenges without fear and be proactive and positive in everything.
・Ability to work on problem-solving processes through logical thinking.
・Ability to think about and work on optimizing the entire organization.

・半導体または電子デバイス業界における製造プロセス技術または検査技術の実務経験（3年以上）
・失敗を恐れず挑戦できる姿勢、物事に前向きかつ主体的に取り組む姿勢
・論理的思考を活用した課題解決のプロセスに取り組む能力
・組織全体の最適化を意識して行動できる力

Desired Requirements

・Specialized experience in automated wafer defect inspection technology
・Project management experience
・Language skills (English) at or above the daily conversation level required for work

・自動ウェーハ欠陥検査技術に関する専門的な経験
・プロジェクトマネジメントの経験
・業務に支障のない日常会話レベル以上の英語力
