Job Description

  • Lead the development and implementation of Dielectric deposition processes, ensuring best performance and reliability.
  • Take ownership of the equipment and processes in the Dielectric deposition field. 
  • Handling excursions, driving corrective and continuous improvement actions.
  • Apply statistical process control methods to establish and sustain a robust manufacturing process.
  • Work cross-functionally to define device performance requirements and establish best practices according to product requirement.
  • Evaluate new equipment and stay updated on industry innovations and state-of-the-art techniques.
  • Collaborate with Production engineering teams to transition from concept to high-volume manufacturing.

Requirements

  • M.S or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science Physics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Dielectric deposition and the semiconductor industry.
  • Specialist level understanding of sputtering related equipment.
  • Expertise in SAW technology/process development or manufacturing is a plus
  • Knowledge in the use of Design of Experiments, statistical process control and analysis tools.
  • Experience in creating, documenting and maintaining work instructions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, both technical and interpersonal.
  • Pragmatic and flexible attitude with a result- and data-driven can-do mentality.
  • Ability to works autonomously, well-organized, with a good attention to detail, while setting high standards in all aspects of the work.
  • Excellent communication skills, professional level of written and verbal communication in English.
