Job Description

バックエンドに関連する新規技術・新規プロセス開発の主に裏面研削・エッジトリミング・マウンター・UV工程を担当して頂きます。
新規技術の導入に当たり、既存プロセスとの互換性と効率性を確保した最適なプロセスフローの構築を行って頂きます。
安定した歩留、特性、信頼性確保するため、各工程で適切な検査の導入や、ターゲット及びスペックの設定を実施して頂きます。
歩留データを分析し、根本要因を特定し、プロセスの最適化及びばらつき改善等の改善活動を推進頂きます。
設計、製造、品質保証、およびフロントエンドの開発メンバーと緊密に連携して、技術的な問題を解決します。
デザインルールの設定および検証を実施頂きます。

Requirements

必須
- 電子部品及び半導体業界において技術者として３年以上のご経験 - 電子部品及び半導体製造におけるウエハボンディング工程(裏面研削・エッジトリミング・マウンター・UV、関連設備等)に関する知識

- Windows, Excel, PowerPointなどの基本的なビジネスITスキル。

歓迎
- 電子部品もしくは半導体デバイスにおけるプロセスフロー構築及び最適化（計測手法の確立も含む）、プロセス構造設計の経験
- 電子部品もしくは半導体デバイスにおける新規プロセス・新規製品の開発に携わった経験
- Clean room作業及び各種測定の取り扱い経験（CD-SEM、膜厚測定など）
- ExensioやJMP等、様々な分析ツールを使った各種データ分析のご経験
- 優れたコミュニケーションスキル、英語での書面作成及びプレゼンテーション能力

勤務時間

8:30–17:00　（所定労働時間：7時間45分 / 休憩時間：45分）
フレックスタイム制度　あり

年間休日：127日（2024年4月～2025年3月）
完全週休二日制（土・日・祝）
長期連休あり*（年末年始・ゴールデンウイーク） *ただし交替制勤務者は除く
