Job Description
- Lead end to end recruitment activities for roles such as Engineers, Technicians, bulk hiring of Operators & more etc.
- Source prospective candidates utilizing various methods including social recruiting channels, networking, direct sourcing, etc.
- Handle interview arrangements and interview evaluation follow-up
- Manage hiring expectations, offers through to offer letter acceptance.
- Recruitment dashboard and status monitoring and tracking
- Assist with recruitment events and programs.
- Assist with recruitment process workflow improvements.
- Work closely with HR teams on recruitment processes and hand over of new hires after system onboarding.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Min 3 years’ in-house recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience.
- Experience recruiting for Semiconductor or Electronics industry.
- Good to have experience in managing engineer hires.
- Good to have some HR experience as generalist or advisory-related roles.
- Ability to manage all levels of stakeholders (e.g. Engineers, Managers, Department Heads etc.)
- Able to multi-task and willing to manage recruitment documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination and follow up skill.
- Highly driven individual who can work independently.
- Business level English communication skill and fluent in Japanese
