Responsibilities
【業務内容】
・Establishing process conditions for solder printing processes, stabilizing processes through equipment improvements, and ensuring quality.
・Improving and stabilizing differences between equipment by approaching both processes and equipment.
・Establishment of a method for monitoring process/equipment status using equipment data such as FDC and equipment logs.
・Establishment of optimal process flow (including establishment of measurement method).
・Promote cost reduction efforts for solder printing processes and equipment.
・ソルダープリント工程におけるプロセス条件の確立、装置改善による工程の安定化および品質の確保
・プロセスおよび装置の両面からアプローチすることによる装置間差の改善・安定化
・FDCや装置ログなどの装置データを活用したプロセス／装置状態のモニタリング手法の確立
・測定方法の確立を含む、最適なプロセスフローの構築
・ソルダープリント工程および装置におけるコスト削減活動の推進
Requirements
【必須（MUST）】
・Experience in process technology/equipment technology for BAW/SAW filters and semiconductor devices, especially in the solder printing process (Experience: 5 years or more).
・Ability to take on challenges without fear and be proactive and positive in everything.
・Ability to work on problem-solving processes through logical thinking.
・Ability to think about and work on optimizing the entire organization.
・BAW/SAWフィルターや半導体デバイスに関するプロセス技術・装置技術のご経験、特にソルダープリント工程における5年以上の経験 （←「ご」はいらないと思います。）
・失敗を恐れず挑戦できる姿勢、物事に前向きかつ主体的に取り組む姿勢
・論理的思考による課題解決プロセスへの取り組み能力
・組織全体の最適化を考え、行動できる力
Desired Requirements
【歓迎（WANT）】
・Experience in equipment monitoring using FDC and equipment log data other than solder printing process. Additionally, experience in building APC methods/systems.
・Language skills (English) at or above the daily conversation level required for work.
・ソルダープリント以外の工程におけるFDC（Fault Detection and Classification）や装置ログデータを活用した装置監視の経験
・APC（Advanced Process Control）手法・システム構築の経験
・業務に支障のないレベルの日常会話程度以上の英語力
