目的・役割
・SkyworksのBAW製品のマスク作成/準備において中心的な役割を担う。
・各部門（設計、プロセス技術、測定技術）と連携して開発プロジェクトを遂行し、マスク設計に対して責任を持つ。
業務内容
・BAW製品(実験DOEを含む)のレイアウト検討及び作成とテープアウト、およびDOEに関連する製造工程データと電気特性の解析
・設計、プロセス技術、測定技術と連携した新規テクノロジの立ち上げ
求められる経験・スキル
必須
・半導体業界でCADを使った業務経験2年以上。(Cadence Virtuoso Layout editorの使用経験あれば歓迎）
歓迎
・英語でのコミュニケ―ションに向上意欲が有る方。英語による資料作成の経験が有る方。
・半導体プロセス系の業務経験
・高周波に関する知識もしくは業務経験が有る方。
