業務内容
- SAWベースのRFフィルタの新規プロセスの立ち上げから量産展開まで一貫した、プロセスインテグレーション業務を担当いただきます。
- 各プロセスの要素技術部門や設計・デバイス部門と協力しながら、求められる性能、要求を満たす構造を実現するための最適なプロセスフローの構築を行っていただきます。
- 歩留、特性、信頼性を担保するため、適切な検査工程の導入や、ターゲット及びスペックの設定を実施していただきます。
- 安定した歩留や特性の確保のため、プロセスの最適化及びばらつき改善等の改善活動を推進いただきます。
- 設計-プロセスのインターフェースとなるデザインルールの設定および検証を実施いただきます。
必要なスキル
必須
- SAW及び半導体業界でのインテグレーションもしくはプロセスエンジニアとして3年以上のご経験
- 半導体製造工程(リソグラフィー、ドライエッチ、メタル成膜、絶縁膜成膜、ウェット、CMP、検査 等)及び半導体デバイスに関する知識
- Windows, Excel, PowerPointなどの基本的なビジネスITスキル。特に、Excelを用いたデータ解析スキル。

- 半導体デバイスにおけるプロセスフロー構築（計測手法の確立も含む）、プロセス構造設計のご経験
- 半導体デバイスにおける新規プロセス・新規製品の量産化経験
- 半導体デバイスにおける歩留改善業務のご経験
- Clean room作業及び各種測定のご経験（CD-SEM、Film thickness meas. etc）
- ExensioやJMP等分析ツールを使った各種分析等のご経験
- コミュニケーションスキル
