Responsibilities
•Establishment of process conditions for metrology process, analysis and statistical analysis to identify factors.
•Establishment of optimal process flow (including establishment of measurement method).
•Establish the statistical anomaly detection system using SPC, etc.
Requirements
•Experience in process technology/equipment technology for BAW/SAW filters and semiconductor devices, especially in the various metrology technique (Experience: 5 years or more).
•Ability to take on challenges without fear and be proactive and positive in everything.
•Ability to work on problem-solving processes through logical thinking.
•Ability to think about and work on optimizing the entire organization.
Desired Requirements
•Experience in equipment monitoring using FDC and equipment log data other than Metrology technique. Additionally, experience in building APC methods/systems.
•Language skills (English) at or above the daily conversation level required for work.
