Job Description
業界最高のパフォーマンスで、サイズとコストの要件を満たしながら、RF モジュールに統合するための音響波フィルターを設計します。
• Skyworksの開発プロセスに従い、信頼性、持続可能性、高い生産歩留まりを実現する製品設計を行います。
• フィルターとモジュールのパフォーマンスを継続的に改善し、Skyworks 製品の競争力を維持するために、新しいアーキテクチャを考案します。
• シミュレーションと測定結果に基づいて、社内または顧客の仕様への準拠を示すために、設計レビューを実施し、定量データを提示します。
• モジュール チームとシステム チームと連携して、フィルターのパフォーマンス基準の適切な目標を設定します。
• Skyworks製品の継続的なパフォーマンス改善に繋がるよう、テクノロジー チームと製造チームと連携し、開発の方向付けを行います。
• シミュレーション精度、効率を向上させる設計方法論を検討します。
• パフォーマンスの最適化に対する総合的なアプローチのために、モジュール開発チームと連携して、モジュールの共同設計作業を行います。
Requirement
Education, Experience, and Skills
• 電気・電子工学または音響フィルター関連分野で学士号を持ち5年の実務経験、または修士号を持ち3年の実務経験
• RF回路、音響フィルターおよびマルチプレクサ設計に関する専門知識
• RF フィルター/マルチプレクサ開発に関する実績
• Agilent ADS/Cadence および Momentum や HFSS などの 2.5/3D EM ツールを活用した回路シミュレーション スキルおよびCADスキル
• フィルターまたはマルチチップ モジュール (MCM) の EM シミュレーションに関する豊富な経験
• プロトタイプから量産までの課題解決スキルに関する詳細で実践的な実地経験
• 自主性と協調性を備え、向上心を持って物事を遂行する能力や気概を持つ
