Staff Process Engineer

PURPOSE:

トリミングもしくはエッチングに関するハイスキルの知識及び経験を元に、BAWデバイス開発を行うものとする。

具体的な職務内容:

Metal及び圧電材料のトリミング工程の条件設定及びControl plan明確化

最適プロセスフローの確立（計測手法の確立も含む）

装置メンテナンス手法及びメンテナンスサイクルの明確化

トリミング工程の前後プロセスを含めたインテグレーション視点からの提案
