Job Title: PLCM Sr Specialist
Job Summary
The Product Lifecycle Management (PLCM) Sr Specialist defines and drives Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) policies, process and tactical execution supporting smooth NPI transitions to production, end‑of‑life (EOL) / last‑time buy (LTB) management, and multi-source product qualifications definitions and transition programs working within a global and cross‑functional supply network footprint.
The ideal candidate is a strong project manager with solid supply chain fundamentals, capable of driving alignment across multiple areas and disciplines such as Business Units, Marketing, Demand Management, Sales, Finance and Operations in a highly matrixed environment.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Own Supply Chain PLM policies, procedures and governance from new product enablement through end‑of‑life.
- Partner with Business Units to ensure new products are identified early and properly set up in SAP to support long‑term planning and scenario modeling.
- Coordinate transition of products from pre-launch to production, ensuring a smooth handoff to Supply Chain NPI execution teams.
- Lead Supply Chain engagement for product portfolio review, part disposition, EOL, LTB, and product transition requests, understanding business drivers such as supplier changes, site closures, and resilience initiatives.
- Perform impact and ROI analyses in collaboration with Demand Management, Operations, and Finance to support lifecycle decisions.
- Facilitate cross functional alignment and approvals, driving clear ownership and follow up actions across teams.
- Monitor and directly/indirectly drive tasks for completion ensuring products are fully transitioned or EOLed in enterprise systems.
- Develop and continuously improve standard PLM, NPI, and EOL/LTB processes.
Required Experience and Skills
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 5-7+ years of experience in semiconductor operations, supply chain, business unit, or program management in large complex, global environments
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, NPI, EOL/LTB, semiconductor qualification processes and JEDEC standards
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and planning tools
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives without direct authority
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable working with global stakeholders

- Familiarity with demand forecasting, inventory management, and lifecycle planning
- Experience driving process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
