Job Description

Job Summary
Skyworks is looking to grow its European Sales team with the addition of a Sales Account Manager.
Skyworks Solutions, Inc. is empowering the wireless networking revolution. Our highly innovative analog and mixed signal semiconductors are connecting people, places and things spanning a number of new and previously unimagined applications within the aerospace, automotive, broadband, cellular infrastructure, connected home, defense, entertainment and gaming, industrial, medical, smartphone, tablet and wearable markets.

The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of these products including customers, markets, applications and competitors.

Key Objectives:

  • Business development at new and existing accounts across the EMEA region
  • Travel to support customer relationships (~40% travel)
  • Orchestrate Customer contracts for pricing and delivery
  • Providing Technical and Market feedback to the Business units
  • Answering front line Technical & Sales Requests
  • Assisting customer product Selection
  • Reporting on key Sales Channel Metrics

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive and Manage Skyworks South Europe activities
  • Directly manage and drive key account opportunities among existing customer footprint.
  • Maximize ROI and revenue opportunities across the growing portfolio of products and solutions
  • Align key customers business strategies with Marketing/Business unit
  • Emerge major customers opportunities, maintain/track all the opportunities in CRM system
  • Work with and focus on developing business relationship and opportunities with customers
  • Responsible for realizing sales/business targets on quarterly and yearly basis
  • Monthly forecast update responsibility

Job Requirements

  • BSEE or MSEE with focus on RF/Microwave Engineering Engineering/Science Major is a plus
  • At least 5 years business-oriented job experiences Sales/Marketing in Semiconductor is preferred;
  • Integrity, open-mind, self-motivated, team-work spirit, flexible, adaptive, goal driven and determined
  • Fluent, oral and written in English
  • Good at Microsoft Office Tools
  • Team player, dedicated, strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to travel when needed (<50%)
