Job Responsibilities
- Production Support

- Provide day-to-day engineering support for wafer dicing operations.
- Troubleshoot process and equipment issues to minimize downtime and scrap.
- Ensure stable process performance across multiple product lines.
- Yield & Quality Improvement

- Monitor and analyze yield data, defect trends, and process metrics.
- Implement corrective actions to reduce chipping, micro-cracks, and particle contamination.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance wafer singulation quality and reliability.
- Process Control & Documentation

- Maintain and update process control plans, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Apply SPC, DOE, and root cause analysis to sustain process robustness.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing quality standards and customer requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with production, quality, and product engineering teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) by ensuring smooth transition into mass production.
- Participate in customer audits and provide technical input on dicing processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science or related field.
- Hands-on experience with SPC, DOE, and yield improvement methodologies
- Experience in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
