Responsibilities
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Manages production support engineering for a specific product or group of products after transfer from design to high volume production. Interfaces with design, process, test and reliability engineering to solve problems. Sustains products with cost reduction and yield improvements.
■生産全体を通して、納期を遵守する為の計画の調整、又、監視を行う
・生産状況、生産能力、作業工数を把握/管理し、IE/企画部門、システム部門と連携を図り、
納期を遵守する為の生産計画の策定、調整を行う
・プロセス設備技術部門と連携し、常に生産能力、作業工数の改善を図る
・設備故障、品質異常に対して、担当部門と連携し優先順位を決定する
・製造ラインが止まること無きよう、製造管理部門と連携し各材料の管理を行う
・自動ロボット搬送導入と推進を図る
■安全管理
・事故を未然に防ぐ為にリスクアセスメントを実行する
・より安全に業務を遂行できるよう、職場環境や作業方法を改善する
■品質、コスト改善
Required Experience and Skills
■半導体製造設備またはSAWフィルタ製造設備に関する知識を有する事
■自動搬送に関する知識・経験を有する事
■製造、生産管理、設備保全等、製造現場での業務経験がある事
■Excelを用いた数量、能力、履歴等の管理ができる事
■簡単な課題抽出力および課題解決力を有する事
■関連部署との業務調整や、請負社員へのリーダーシップを図れる事
■コミュニケーション能力、協調性があり、既存の社員、請負社員と良好な人間関係が築ける事
