The candidate will work with a group of analog/power IC design experts in the development of DCDC converters providing power to RF PAs. The candidate will interface with design management and system engineers to create detailed specifications, report design progress, and collect, track, and resolve any performance and circuit design issues.

Qualifications:
The candidate must have educational or work experience in transistor-level CMOS analog design. He or she must understand basic device physics, apply integrated analog design techniques, and measure the performance of circuits through simulation and lab measurements. Typical circuit design assignments include bandgaps, op-amps, comparators, regulators, precision voltage and timing references, and ADCs.  This job also requires familiarity with simulation and layout CAD tools, as well as analog circuit test characterization techniques and equipment. The candidate must have good communication skills, be able to break down complex problems, set priorities, report progress, and execute to a schedule.

Education and Skill Requirements:
The candidate should possess a BSEE + 2 years of industry experience or an MSEE + internship experience at a minimum.  Proficiency is required in Cadence IC design tools.  Also required is hands-on experience with lab measurements and characterization equipment.
