Job Description

Primary Responsibility:
•    Coordinate with design engineers on assembly documents, Bill Of Materials (BOM), review bonding diagram, and support Multi-Chip Module (MCM) assembly request
•    Perform manual assembly of MCM units, die-attach, die swap,  wire bond rework using manual or auto bonder, soldering components, component change, and module rework. 
•    Perform Evaluation board assembly, Component placement, attach connectors, and test performance
•    Inspect multi-chip module units under a microscope for assembly issues
•    Ensure quality service in a timely manner and according to established procedures and safety requirements.
•    Ensure ESD protocols are met and monitor for compliance
•    Track and report materials inventory that includes, SMD components, dies, wafers, mcm’s, assembly materials, consumables, and tooling’s

Job Requirements:
•    Associates degree in Engineering or Science discipline or equivalent experience and training.
•    Formal training with the main focus on engineering disciplines. Minimum 3 years related experience. 
•    Candidates must be able to use Microsoft office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Exchange, Word) and windows operating system fluently 
•    Strong working knowledge of manual assembly and rework of multi-chip modules.  
•    Excellent skills in using hand tools for assembly and hand dexterity for high precision module assembly under a microscope
•    Knowledge in operating assembly equipment programming and setup of SMT, Die attach, Wire bonder, or Molding is a plus
•    Possess excellent skills in problem-solving, teamwork, and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications. 
•    Attention to detail required. Capable of taking direction from multiple individuals and ability to prioritize and accomplishing tasks successfully.
