Regional Sales Sr. Manager - Western Region

 

Skyworks is seeking a Regional Sales Sr. Manager to support the US Western Region including managing customers, reps and distributors in territory.

Knowledge and experience in the RF Semiconductor market and familiarity / relationships with key target customers, is required in order to understand and sell Skyworks’ complete product portfolio into the following markets in territory:

  • IoT and Wearables
  • WiFi Connectivity

  • CATV / Satcom
  • Smart Energy Solutions / Connected home

Job Requirements :

The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of the Semiconductor market including customers, markets, applications and competitors.

Additionally, a BS in Electrical / Electronic Engineering and a minimum of 12 years’ experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.

Key Objectives

  • Set and Hit Forecast.
  • Manage and grow revenue at established key customers
  • Create strong / Partner relationships at key target accounts with Skyworks as supplier of choice
  • Business development at new accounts
  • Orchestrate customer contracts for pricing and delivery.
  • Provide a key interface between end customer in region and ODM manufacturing in Asia
  • Manage and drive key customer requirements with marketing and business units
  • Focus on key design wins and revenue targets
  • Providing technical and market feedback to the business units.
  • Answering front line technical & sales requests
  • Assisting customer product selection
  • Reporting on key Sales Channel Metrics.
