Senior Manager, Supply Chain Resilience (Irvine, CA or San Jose, CA)

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Senior Manager to join our Supply Chain team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve supply chain resilience, ensure business continuity, and comply with regulatory requirements across our global operations.
As a Senior Manager, you will lead a team of professionals who will support the supply chain resilience function. You will also collaborate with other senior leaders across the organization to align and drive actions to meet supply chain goals and objectives.

 

Responsibilities:
•    Develop and execute supply chain resilience/ risk management policies, procedures, and best practices
•    Identify, assess, monitor, and respond to supply chain risks that could affect our operations or cyber security
•    Manage supplier relationships and contracts to ensure quality, performance, and compliance
•    Implement business continuity plans and procedures to ensure the resilience of our critical processes in the event of disruptions or emergencies. Lead implementation of

Supply Chain Resilience software system
•    Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, standards, ethical practices and customer requirements in all aspects of our supply chain activities
•    Drive Product change notification (PCN) processes, End-of-life / Last time buy processes for Supply Chain resilience
•    Lead and provide guidance and training on supply chain resilience, business continuity planning, and compliance to internal stakeholders. Actively participate in compliance audits and accreditation, ensuring our practices meet industry standards and regulations
•    Manage project activities related to supply chain resilience initiatives working with cross-functional stakeholders across different countries and time zones

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration (BBA), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Industrial Engineering, or related field
•    Minimum 6 years of experience in Operations or Engineering or Supply chain management
•    Exposure to Supply Chain systems such as Kinaxis / Blue Yonder (JDA) / SAP IBP / Anaplan / Adexa / o9 in a Semiconductor or high-tech industry 
•    Hands-on experience in data analysis including using tools such as SQL, Power BI / QlikView / Tableau, Python
•    Exposure to Supply Chain resilience/ risk management, business continuity planning, or compliance roles is preferred 

•    Experience in managing and working with cross-functional teams across multiple regions or countries 
•    Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $124,400$235,700 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different base pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S. Benefits include access to healthcare benefits (including a premium-free medical plan option), a 401(k) plan and company match, an employee stock purchase plan, paid time off (including vacation, sick/wellness, parental leave), among others.
