Responsibilities:
Skyworks is looking to further enhance its Korean sales team with the addition of a Sales Account Manager. Primary responsibilities will be front line sales management, selling Skyworks’s extensive product portfolio into a set of assigned accounts in Korea region. The position will report to the Korean Senior Sales Manager. • Directly support a key Automotive (Telematics, Broadcast & EV power) & Consumer( Broadcast) customers and manage SKYWORKS Korea broad markets(IoT,WiFi,M2M, automotive & Infrastructure) customers through Distributors. • Responsible for all Sales activities, including sales strategy, new business ( pipeline) development and relationship management at assigned accounts • Drive design in efforts during all phases of sales process : device selection, design, prototype and production • Execute account strategy to meet or exceed annual and quarterly revenue and design targets along with business objectives. • Provide first line field interface with customer, along with building executive relationships at all levels of account • Clearly articulate ( and escalate, as needed) customer needs, along with industry trends to sales management and product line • Develop, maintain and hit Forecast at assigned accounts

Job Description

Responsibilities:

•    Directly support a key Automotive (Telematics, Broadcast & EV Power) and Consumer (Broadcast) customers for Korean-based customers.
•    Responsible for all Sales activities, including sales strategy, new business development and relationship management at assigned accounts.
•    Drive design in efforts during all phases of sales process: device selection, design, prototype and production
•    Execute account strategy to meet or exceed annual and quarterly revenue and design targets along with business objectives. 
•    Clearly articulate (and escalate, as needed) customer needs, along with industry trends to sales management and product line.
•    Develop, maintain and hit forecast at assigned account

Requirements:

•    The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of Semiconductor market including customers, markets, application and competitors
•    BS in EE with 10+years of OEM Sales experience in semiconductor industry for Automotive or Broad market in Korea (Prefer Korean major automotive customer supporting experience)  
•    Integrity, open-mind, self-motivated, team-work spirit, flexible, adaptive, goal driven and determined
•    Fluent, oral and written in English and Korean
•    Wireless (4G/5G) or Power (PoE, Isolator) Technology sales experience desired 
•    Team player, dedicated, strong communications and interpersonal skills
 

Responsibilities: • The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of the Semiconductor market including customers, markets, applications, and competitors. • Consultative sales approach • A natural communicator developing relationships internally and externally • Ability to solve basic technical issues or seek proper resource • Needs to possess excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills • Fluent, oral and written in English and Korean
• Must demonstrate ability to address multiple product lines and product segments • BS in Electronics Engineering with 10+years of OEM Sales experience in semiconductor industry for Automotive or Broad market in Korea ( Prefer Korean major automotive customer support experience) • Proven strategic selling success managing complex multi-national accounts with US and APAC locations • Wireless (4G/5G/WiFi) or Power ( PoE, isolator) Technology sales experience desired.
