Job Description

•    In charge of develop and maintain close business relationship with customers/partners, manager our business through driving product sell-out, channel management, program execution, forecasting and inventory management
•    Thorough understanding of Automotive Infotainment/Power isolation/TV tuner etc. market.
•    Develop territorial Channel Partner relationships, envision and drive Skyworks’ internal marketing/product strategies and collaborations with channel partner
•    Understanding formal and informal hierarchy, identifying decision makers at the customer and developing relationship strategies to improve Skyworks position at customer sides.
•    Emerge major customers opportunities, maintain/track all the opportunities in system
•    Focus on business potentials which will bring immediate revenues in 3 to 12 months
•    Work with and focus on developing business relationship and opportunities with channel partner
•    Responsible for realizing sales/business targets on monthly/quarterly and yearly basis
•    Quarterly FCST update responsibility
•    BSEE or MSEE with focus on semi-conductor industry, such as power isolation, FM/TV tuner, timing, and so on.  Major is a plus
•    At least 5 years business oriented job experiences Sales/Marketing is preferred; semi-conductor industry or automotive is a plus
•    Integrity, open-mind, self-motivated, team-work spirit, flexible, adaptive, goal driven and determined
•    Fluent, oral and written in English and Chinese
•    Good at Microsoft Office Tools
•    Team player, dedicated, strong communications and interpersonal skills
•    Willing to travel when needed (<25%)
