Job Responsibilities
- Soldering of DUTs onto PCBs with matching components for HTOL samples preparation
- Loading/unloading of HTOL EVBs into HTOL chambers, ensure correct frequency and power level based on test condition
- Electrical measurement pre and post for reliability test items like HAST, HTS and TC
- First level analysis for failures induced post stress test which include inspection under high power/IR scope
- Consolidate and prepare pre and post test data, failure inspection results to engineers for next level analysis
- Support engineers in product qualification and reliability evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and test procedures.
- Execution of Failure Analysis on modules and/or components from customer returns, reliability, and in-house production requests.
Job Requirements
- Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering) or equivalent.
- At least 3 years working experience in semiconductor/wafer fab manufacturing industry with technical expertise in either Photolithography / Sputtering / Plating / Dry & Wet Etching / Laser Marking / Back grinding or Dicing.
- Possess relevant knowledge in the area of expertise: Process/ Equipment/ Automation/ Quality
- Candidate must possess strong problem solving & analytical skills
- Willing to work in cleanroom environment and on permanent day shift
