Job Responsibilities
- Execution of reliability request on filters level from customer returns, engineering, mass production, and in-house production special requests.
- Review and analysis current or historical reports and quality data.
- Discuss, work together, and follow specific instructions from Reliability Engineers on the analysis work, and provide accurate results/images when require.
Job Requirements
- Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering) or equivalent.
- At least 3 years working experience in semiconductor/wafer fab manufacturing industry
- Possess relevant knowledge in the area of expertise: Process/ Equipment/ Automation/ Quality
- Candidate must possess strong problem solving & analytical skills
- Willing to work in cleanroom environment for normal shift or on permanent day shift
- Have prior soldering experience is a plus
