Job Description

Set up video training aids for Production Operators

Develop and edit videos on Production Operations

Work with Production Trainers on video curriculum planning

Work with Training Supervisor on training system design (Video Training)

Coordinate with Production Supervisors and Line Leaders on project schedule

Work with training executives to develop a system to analysis training need for various engineer level.
Job Requirements

Pursuing Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering discipline or Communication Studies

Detail-oriented and proficient in MS office

Inquisitive mind with strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Strong Team player

Highly driven individual who can work independently.
