Job Description:
• Provide IT Service and Support involving different domains across variety of IT functions including IT Service Management Software - Service Now, Microsoft SCCM, Teams, Office 365, Network, Cybersecurity, etc.
• Understand and work on various Server / Storage hardware including VXRail, Data Domain, Isilon, etc.
• On Networking front, work on multiple range of Cisco devices including Routers and Switch as well as Firewalls.
• Work with IT support team to get an overview of IT support functions in fast pace environment and understand collaboration between IT and various Business units. (Production, Quality, HR, etc).

Job Requirements:
• Pursuing Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT or similar discipline
• Able to work in cleanroom environment
