Job Responsibilities

  • Material Planning
    • Analyse material requirement base on wafer input plan
    • Place orders with supplier after performing analysis.
    • Trigger delivery from supplier or supplier’s warehouse to Skyworks; achieve balance between production requirements and space constraint.
    • Define new and/or streamline current planning processes.
    • Manage inventory level; maintain healthy inventory to support production.
    • Material Shelf life; achieve zero material scrap due to expiry.
  • Report Automation
    • Identify areas for improvement in reports used daily to improve productivity.
  • Sourcing
    • Sourcing of alternate vendors and/or materials to achieve cost savings or upon request.
  • Any ad-hoc tasks, as requested.
