Job Responsibilities
- Sustain and continuously improve conventional lithography processes.
- Determine, document, implement, and improve production control instruction.
- Prepare and maintain documentation of manufacturing processes.
- Maintain good Cpk and monitor inline SPC parameters for assigned process.
- Participate in continuous improvement programs, cost optimization to upkeep process capacities, capabilities and reliabilities.
- Support Development and NPI team for new process qualification, transfer and implementation.
- Teamwork together with Yield and Equipment for defects and low yield improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree in Engineer/Science or equivalent from a recognized institution or Diploma with at least 2 year’s lithography process experience in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment
- Knowledge with SPC, OCAP and other problem solving skills
- Hands on troubleshooting capabilities and resourceful in recommending solutions for problems
- Good Team player
- Fresh graduate welcome as well.
