Job Responsibilities
- Lead for Procurement in Facilities projects
- Implement project cost controls initiatives and drive best procurement practices
- Monitoring project milestones and ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials for assigned key projects
- Responsible for contracts and costing negotiations in alignment with project KPIs
- Ensure regulatory compliance in procurement processes and administration
- Build project timeline reports and regular project progress update to management team
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders for a successful project execution
- Plan, forecast and effectively manage the procurement spend on key projects
- Review and drive improvements to best practices in project procurement processes
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent with minimum 8 years of Procurement experience in semiconductor industry
- A proven track record in leading procurement projects in Facilities services; advantageous if experienced in System Analytics
- Good understanding and knowledge of procurement policies and supplier selection processes
- Able to implement and develop sound procurement negotiation strategies
- Resourceful with strong ability in sourcing and negotiation skills
- Demonstrate abilities in project management within procurement and cross functional teams
- Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate with them
